Talisma Adds 450 Customers in Two Years  

Customer Interaction Management leader completes another record-setting year

Talisma also enters 2008 with the highest bookings backlog in company history.

Earlier in the year, Talisma released CIM 8.0, the industry leading customer service suite for interaction management that includes email, chat, VoIP, phone, collaboration, and Web self-service.
