Retailers will now be able to offer a range of warranty service plans that create a more complete solution set for their customers. RepairMaster's enhanced offering with support.com will assist consumers to extend and maintain the life of their PCs as well as limit annual repair expenses.

A recent support.com research study found that consumers preferred personalized service, fast delivery and remote assistance as the ideal way to help solve PC related problems. Helping consumers avoid the time-intensive process of shipping their PCs to the manufacturer, inviting a stranger into the home, or relying on family and friends when computer problems arise, Warrantech and support.com are providing consumers a quick and convenient way to verify that their PC is protected and running optimally.
