Noble Amcat Host Contact Centre Evolution 2008 



Manchester, 13 March 2008: Noble Amcat, a global leader in innovative contact centre technology solutions, demonstrates best-practices and new technologies for contact centres at the Contact Centre Evolution 2008 seminars in London and Manchester next month. Noble Amcat invites contact centre professionals to join them at these events to see how to increase their productivity and reduce their costs.

The Contact Centre Evolution 2008 seminar series is designed to show contact centre executives how the use of technology can help them build programme performance and lower operational costs. Hosted by Noble Amcat, Contact Centre Evolution 2008 will feature presentations by the DMA (Direct Marketing Association) and the ATA (American Teleservices Association), as well as Noble Amcat partners Eriskay Associates Ltd, Horizon2, Nexidia and The JRA Group. This group of speakers will discuss global contact centre trends and regulations, speech analytics, workforce optimisation, and staff recruitment and retention, sharing their knowledge and experience to show how contact centres can maximise their investment in existing or potential call centre solutions. In addition, attendees will meet the President and CEO of Noble Amcat, James K. Noble, Jr.

The events will take place in London and Manchester on the 1st April and 3rd April, respectively. These seminars form part of Noble Amcat’s drive towards providing senior level contact centre personnel with the most up-to-date information on relevant topics including compliance and the latest innovations in technology, recruitment and retention, as well as presenting an invaluable opportunity to network with other high profile industry players.
