INDIANAPOLIS – (October 19, 2004) – ExactTarget (Company Profile, Past Stories, Case Studies) , a developer of on-demand email marketing software solutions with more than 2,800 customers, announced the addition of two key executives in the areas of finance and strategy to support the company’s growing business. These management additions follow September’s announcement of five new members joining the management ranks. Joining ExactTarget in October are:

· Traci Dolan, vice president of finance and administration. Dolan oversees the entire financial management and direction of ExactTarget, which received a $10.5 million venture capital investment from Insight Partners earlier this year. In addition, she is responsible for administrative functions involving human resources, insurance, real estate and legal issues. Prior to joining ExactTarget, Dolan served as vice president of finance and administration, secretary and treasurer of Made2Manage Systems, Indianapolis. There, she led the effort to privatize the company, which was completed in August 2003. Dolan also held financial management positions with Macmillan Publishing and Coopers & Lybrand. She is a graduate of Indiana University.

· Morgan Stewart, director of strategic services. Stewart is responsible for database and email marketing strategy, testing, and segmentation and benchmarking analysis. Stewart also served at direct marketing agencies Targetbase and Rapp Collins Worldwide, both in Irving, Texas. His responsibilities included managing the development of email marketing programs for consumer brands including Pampers and The Iams Company. Stewart is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and has completed graduate courses at the University of Texas, Austin. “Traci Dolan’s experience as CFO of a publicly traded software firm will be a great asset as ExactTarget pursues an aggressive growth strategy,” said Scott Dorsey, president of ExactTarget. “The addition of Morgan Stewart to the team gives our company further experience and skills we need to continue our growth and leadership in the permission email marketing industry.
