provider of contact center solutions, today announced that it has acquired Rockwell FirstPoint Contact from Rockwell Automation, Inc.
(NYSE: ROK). The terms of the deal were not disclosed. With this transaction, Concerto Software significantly expands its geographic reach and intellectual capital, and positions itself to deliver increased value to customers.

Concerto Software anticipates in excess of $250 million in annual revenues while maintaining its strong record of profitability. The company will continue to offer products and services designed to communications-enable the business processes surrounding sales and marketing, collections, and customer service.

Two product sets are now available to meet the needs of existing and new contact centers, whether traditional voice or Voice over IP (VoIP).
For greenfield environments or companies requiring a tightly integrated, multi-channel, multi-function solution, Concerto Software offers Concerto Unified Edition, based on the EnsemblePro(TM) platform.
For companies looking to replace or incrementally add functionality to an existing contact center, the company offers Concerto Enterprise Suite. This suite includes the FirstPoint Enterprise's SpectrumR ACD, UnisonR and Conversations(TM) Predictive Dialers, RightForceR Workforce Management, voice self-service and complete Internet capabilities, as well as additional functionality that can be applied as business needs dictate. Customers will benefit from an expanded set of solutions both in the immediate term and in the longer term, as the company will continue to support its leading products.

The company will continue to be headquartered in Westford, Mass., and will have more than 1,000 employees and more than 2,000 customers in 41 countries around the world.
