AIM Technology Announces On-Demand Performance Management Applications for Contact Centers 



SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(April 15, 2008) - AIM Technology, a leading provider of analytical performance management software solutions for contact centers and service organizations, today announced it is introducing its performance management application modules on demand. The new service, AIM onDemand, allows customers to purchase software on a subscription basis, with faster implementation than a traditional software installation and rollout.

"In the past, users had to choose between watered-down versions of business intelligence or human capital management applications," said Tony Hayward, CEO of AIM Technology. "On-demand applications raise issues around data security and corporate firewalls. We've tackled those issues and provided robust analytical capabilities that address the needs of service organizations. What we offer is the best of both worlds."

AIM Technology offers a suite of on-demand applications as an online service to which customers can subscribe. Traditional "no-touch" on-demand applications suffer from a lack of data integration and require manual input of metrics. AIM onDemand applications include a service to securely integrate operational data into the online environment.

Presently, three key software modules are available by subscription: AIM Performance Review, AIM Rewards and AIM Coaching. Each of the applications is purpose-built for contact center scalability and hierarchies.

-- AIM Performance Review is a workflow application that allows agents, team leaders, and other employees to accelerate, streamline and measure the review process.

-- AIM Rewards allows managers and agents to create, view, track and redeem incentives and compensation. Third party shopping-type applications are easily integrated.

-- AIM Coaching automates, measures, and monitors the overall coaching process. The application also provides comprehensive reporting and analytics that allow managers and supervisors to monitor session completion, measure coaching effectiveness, and perform other ad hoc analysis.
