RealMarket and CRMAdvocate Merge

Summary: In 2005, we recommit ourselves to the programs that loyal RealMarket readers enjoy today and we also dedicate ourselves to new programs that will help us continue our leadership role. Specifically,

#1 The RealMarket Today email publication has been relaunched with a more comprehensive charter and a new name, CRMAdvocate Today. Think of it as the front page of the Wall Street Journal consolidating everything CRM from over forty online and printed sources – a one-stop CRM portal delivered daily via email.
#2 The CRMAdvocate web site will expand beyond it’s singular source of CRM success stories to become the most comprehensive source of CRM information in the world. The RealMarket web site will be a mirror image of the CRMAdvocate web site.
#3 RealMarket Live webcasts will keep the same format and winning formula under the CRMAdvocate Live brand.

More Detail

Q. What are you announcing?
A. We are launching a new, email publication for CRM. Think of it as the front page of the Wall Street Journal consolidating everything CRM from over forty online and printed sources – a one-stop CRM portal. The new publication is called “CRMAdvocate.”

Q. How does this new publication differ from other CRM publications available today?
A. While readers have the luxury to select one or more excellent publications that cover various CRM topics, the downside to this luxury is the readers’ burden to scan each publication in hopes of finding what is most interesting or pertinent. Many readers find it difficult to stay on top of CRM thought leadership. Their time is valuable and their email in-tray often overflows with too many disparate publications. Specifically, they need an advocate – someone that can help sift through the myriad of resources and efficiently bring to light what is most relevant and interesting. CRMAdvocate is their advocate.

Q. Given the existence of so many sources, how does a new publication gain exposure and circulation?
A. CRMAdvocate is the merger of two leading CRM email publications: 1) RealMarket Today (www.realmarket.com), the first CRM email newsletter (over 1,700 editions published), and; 2) CRMAdvocate Weekly (www.crmadvocate.com), which features "CRM at its best" via success stories.

Q. Why the name CRMAdvocate?
A. The name CRMAdvocate is meant to show that we stand as an advocate for everything CRM. CRMAdvocate is written in a more personal style placing high respect for the readers’ need of completeness and ease-of-read.

Q. What sources does CRMAdvocate feature?
A. CRMAdvocate scans the following sources. Readers have the opportunity to recommend new sources.
