Greg Sherry Greg serves as Director, Marketing and Business Development for Witness Systems- a leading provider of Workforce Optimization software and IP Telephony recording solutions based in Roswell (Atlanta) Georgia.   Prior to joining Witness Systems in 2001, Greg held leadership roles in marketing, business consulting and sales training with Aspect Communications, a leading provider of contact center software for traditional telephony and IP telephony environments. His background also includes marketing responsibility with contact center software provider E-talk corporation in Dallas, Texas.   Prior to E-talk, Greg held marketing and business optimization roles with Verizon Wireless in Atlanta, Georgia where the team he led received the highest level company award- the annual President's Award - for measurable contribution to service quality and business optimization.   Greg is a graduate of Emory University in Atlanta.
