Mr. Jurik has more than three decades experience in the computer industry. For the past twenty-two years he has been solely dedicated to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) industry and its challenges. For the last fourteen months he has gained deep insights into the Customer Experience Management (CEM) market at Satmetrix where he serves as the Executive Director of Sales.
 
His experience and academic perspective create lively topics that generate keen insights into the future of CRM, the importance of CEM and how they interrelate. Both are key to understanding the link between customer satisfaction, loyalty and revenue.
 
Prior to Satmetrix, Mr. Jurik was the National Sales Director for Verizon Call Center Services and Director of CRM Business Development for PwC. He also held senior-level positions in marketing, business development and operations at CosmoCom, Vantive, Modatech and GRiD.
 
Mr. Jurik served on the Board of Directors of The Sales & Marketing Executives Association of greater New York, and chaired their Steering Committee on CRM. He holds a BS Degree in Computer Science and Management from Pratt Institute of Technology, NY.
