Andrew Gilchrist, Editor-in-Chief As Editor-in-Chief, Andy manages the development and distribution of CRMAdvocate Today as well as the company's overall web programs. He is also responsible for the NewsWire program and is involved with many of the company's technical and marketing relationships.   He joined CRMAdvocate in the summer of 2000.
