Prior to joining eVergance in 2005 to lead its Strategy & Advisory practice, Allen was president of ABG, Inc., a practice expert at McKinsey, an analyst at the Yankee Group, and a member of the technical staff at GTE (now Verizon). Allen was chairman of the first DCI Self Service Conference, has been quoted in over 100 publications worldwide, and is a frequent speaker at industry and corporate events. He holds degrees from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and the University of Virginia.
