With new built-in connectors between Xactly Express and Intuit QuickBooks, customers can easily manage every aspect of their revenue stream, including the correct and timely payment of sales commissions. Users will be able sign into QuickBooks and access the tools they need to accurately plan, track and manage sales commissions, bonuses and SPIFFs. Transactions entered into QuickBooks will be credited directly to the right sales team members within Express and commission payments calculated automatically.
Xactly Express will be available through Intuit App Center this summer.
“Intuit is looking forward to having Xactly Express available to our small business customers who want a better way to manage sales compensation,” said Alex Chriss, director of the Intuit Partner Platform. “We are excited that Xactly has leveraged our platform to create a rich application that will delight our QuickBooks users and solve real needs.”
In addition to easier, more accurate sales commission processing, Express provides sales reps and managers the ability to track their performance anytime from anywhere through easy-to-navigate dashboards accessible via the Web, mobile devices or the iPad. With this real-time view, sales personnel can see where they stand compared to quota, estimate the impact of various deals and alter their performance to deliver optimum results.
“Intuit is the leading force in financial management for small businesses and we are excited to extend the power of Xactly Express to their extensive community of QuickBooks users,” said Scott Broomfield, senior vice president and general manager, SMB division, Xactly Corporation. “Regardless of the size of an organization, sales commissions are one of the biggest cost centers and are often mismanaged on spreadsheets – limiting visibility and leading to costly errors. Xactly Express will enable Intuit QuickBooks users to extend their financial management capabilities and take the pain out of managing sales compensation, all while driving better sales performance and business results.”
Xactly Express is the industry’s first self-service sales compensation management software designed specifically for growing businesses. With a guided, intuitive workflow, Express enables users with little or no compensation administration experience to implement impactful compensation plans, accurately calculate commissions and export payments to payroll – all with the click of a few buttons. To help QuickBooks users to hit the ground running, Xactly Express also features the Xactly Express Plan Store, a library of pre-built customizable sales compensation templates designed specifically for the small and emerging businesses.
