AUSTIN, TX and LETTERKENNY, IRELAND – April 27, 2009 — Iontas, a global provider of business process optimization software, announced today that it has entered into a software distribution and license agreement with OpenConnect Systems Inc. Under the terms of the technology licensing agreement, OpenConnect, a leader in process discovery and analytics solutions will incorporate the Iontas Focus desktop analytics technology with its Comprehend software to capture end-user interactions with software applications in real time to aid in corporate business process improvement.
