The CRMAdvocate Story
The longest continuously published CRM newsletter in the industry

CRMAdvocate was formed in 1995 as a market research firm for an infant CRM market. CRM was new, immature, and continually changing. It became apparent that there was a need for CRM education and information. To fulfill this need we quickly re-directed market research energies to become an online source of CRM information pertaining to technologies, trends and strategies.

For the past 15 years, CRMAdvocate has pioneered many new initiatives and have supported industry advancements with contributions to leading publications, conferences, trade shows, initiatives, and boards.

A popular feature in the CRMAdvocate email publication is the daily "My Take" column expressing a wide range of information, views, and opinions on relevant and recent CRM topics. The column allows readers to interact with CRMAdvocate by sharing their own views and thoughts.
