Jocelyn Young is the Program Manager for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Services research program at IDC. In this position, Ms. Young provides market analysis, research, expert opinion, and consulting on key aspects of the CRM solutions services industries to technology vendors, services outsourcers, systems integrators, and consulting
organizations.
Prior to assuming this position, Ms. Young was Research Director for IDC in Beijing, China. In this role she managed several research teams spanning a broad range of IT market competencies, including services, software and hardware. Ms. Young worked closely with local and regional analysts to provide clients with strategic
market intelligence on the China market, including market entry strategies, competition positioning and demand-side analyses.
Ms. Young holds a Master’s Degree from Stanford University and obtained her Bachelor’s degree summa cum laude from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio.
