Jim Storer has been involved in the CRM space for the last seven years. As a program manager at DCI, Jim was directly responsible for shaping and evolving DCI's groundbreaking Data Warehouse and CRM Conference programs. For the past two years he has been actively involved in developing DCI's Online Communities business, focusing on bringing together CRM users, practitioners and vendors in a comprehensive and collaborative online environment. CRMCommunity, along with sister communities PortalsCommunity, EACommunity, and CommunityB2B, strives to deliver cutting-edge content and community to IT professionals. Jim has a BS in HRTA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an MBA from the F.W. Olin School at Babson College.
