As Research Director, Customer Management Service, Joanie is responsible for leading AMR’s research initiatives in the Customer Management market. In addition to researching and analyzing the key business trends driving investments in the CRM and customer-facing e-business markets, Joanie has worked with many AMR Research clients in developing CRM Strategies.
Prior to joining AMR Research, Joanie held the position of Senior Account Executive at Miller Brooks, Inc., a top Midwest technology branding company. At Miller Brooks, Joanie advised executive-level clientele in areas of brand, marketing, and communication management.
Previously, Joanie had served as Manager, Worldwide Corporate Communication, for IBM’s CRM software company, Corepoint Technologies. Joanie was responsible for the global launch of this IBM branch. She has also held senior communication positions with the leading software companies Tivoli, Inc., and Software Artistry, Inc.
