Ed Hess is the editor in chief of Integrated Solutions magazine, which details the successful implementations of enterprise-wide technologies at major companies. With Integrated Solutions, Hess is responsible for the editorial direction of the publication and also authors each month’s cover feature. As a result, he interviews some of the top IT executives in the end user community. He previously served as a judge for the Microsoft Solution Provider Awards and also for the TREEV Catalyst Award. Prior to assuming his present role, Hess was an associate editor at Business Solutions magazine. In this capacity, he specialized in information management and mass storage technologies. He also wrote extensively about hardware/software vendors and their relationships with the people who implement these vendors’ products (resellers, VARs, integrators). Both Integrated Solutions and Business Solutions are owned by Corry Publishing (Erie, PA), where Hess has been employed for the past four years.
