David L. Kripke is the CEO and founder of DKSystems, a premier provider of Learning Management System (LMS) and IT/Help Desk support software and services used by more than 1,000 corporate and government organizations. From the company’s founding in 1988 until 1991, when he hired his first full-time employees, David single-handedly ran DKSystems and was responsible for all aspects of product design and development and company operations, including sales and marketing.
David’s technology vision, core competency in system design, and ability to execute enabled the company to quickly roll out saleable help desk and LMS software products, establishing DKSystems as the first company to introduce a complete eLearning solution to the market. Over the last 15 years, David has grown privately-held DKSystems into a corporation with a global client base spanning many industries.
Leveraging his broad software design and development experience, David conceived and created DKWebBuilder, a unique and proprietary technology that enables companies to build and deploy effective, custom web applications quickly and cost-effectively without any programming. Built into key DKSystems’ products, DKWebBuilder is a critical platform for the future growth of the company and the LMS and help desk industries.
Before creating DKSystems, David worked as a systems analyst and programmer for the office automation department of FMC Corporation, a global, diversified conglomerate of chemical and manufacturing companies serving the agricultural, industrial, and consumer markets. During his years at FMC Corporation, David was primarily focused on the design, development, and maintenance of FMC’s internal help desk software applications.
David received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Michigan. He continued on to earn his Masters of Business Administration from Depaul University. A self-taught technology expert, David has been working in the IT industry for 18 years.
