About Cool CRM

Confusion reigns in CRM. Even the most experienced and interested people find it difficult to learn about and stay current on the wide range of CRM solutions available today. And, no wonder. According to industry analysts, there are over 800 vendors vying for the attention of prospective buyers.

Transparency Policy
It is our sincere goal to maintain the highest level of trust with our readers. So it is important for you to know that in order to keep CRMAdvocate free to all readers, we may receive consideration from companies featured in the Cool CRM program.

We believe the featured CRM solutions are cool, but we do not represent any particular solution as the best solution in any category. We do not recommend specific solutions nor will we make direct product-to-product comparisons.

We do our best to make sure what is presented is clear and factual. We encourage CRMAdvocate readers to alert us when they find something unclear and/or not factual.

We take this transparency policy very seriously. All questions and/or concerns should be directed to Gary Lemke, our chief CRMAdvocate. We respond to all inquiries.
While CRMAdvocate cannot solve the proliferation / confusion problem, we can make it easier for our readers to understand a select group of CRM vendors – one at a time. CRMAdvocate will continue to cover news and trends for the entire industry, but more of our attention will be to spotlight relevant and interesting CRM solutions.

In a mini-series format, CRMAdvocate showcases Cool CRM solution providers by providing a no-nonsense, “fluff-free” overview. The mini-series is comprised of four segments:
  • Overview: What the company does, why we think they are cool, and when to consider this company.
  • Product: What the product does, how it works, and a demo.
  • Case Study: Cool CRM in action describing the challenge, the solution and the results.
  • Differentiation: An interview with the chief executive or evangelist on their unique value.
Within each segment, we may include additional links for learning more about the company and their respective products. We may also include ways for you to directly contact the company.
